安全护理管理在妇科体检中的应用效果

摘要

目的 具体分析研讨安全护理管理在妇科体检中的应用效果及价值体现。方法 选取我院近两 年间接收的妇科体检人员 3600 人，于 2019 年 4 月-2020 年 9 月间体检工作未采取安全护理管理措施；于 2020 年 10 月至 2022 年 3 月间体检工作开始采取安全护理管理措施，实验结束后进行对比分析安全管理前后的 效果差异，验证其安全护理管理实施的有效性。结果 关于实施管理前与实施管理后的不良护理事件、护理 质量评分、护理满意度评分方面结局呈现，安全护理管理后成效明显优于管理前，其效果理想，可实施性 能显现，组间差异达到 P<0.05 统计学标准。结论 全文体现出安全护理管理的实施不仅有效降低了妇科体检 中不良护理事件的发生几率，更加提升了妇科体检工作的护理质量，其效果显著，意义重大。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect and value of safety nursing management in gynecological physical examination.
Methods Select 3600 gynecological physical examination personnel received in our hospital in the past two years, fail safety from April 2019 to September 2020, start from October 2020 to March 2022, and compare the effect difference to verify the effectiveness of safety care management.
Results In terms of adverse nursing events, nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction score before and after the implementation of the management, the effect of safe nursing management was significantly better than that before the management. The effect was ideal, and the implementation performance was obvious, and the difference between groups reached P<0.05 statistical standard.
Conclusion   The full text shows that the implementation of safe nursing management not only effectively reduces the incidence of adverse nursing events in gynecological physical examination, but also improves the nursing quality of gynecological physical examination, which has a significant effect and has great significance.
