The role of different nursing care in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding
不同护理在消化道出血患者中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨针对消化道出血患者将关怀护理理念应用于其中的效果。方法 本次研究将 2020 年 11 月至 2021 年 4 月作为研究时间段，选择在此期间本院接治的 245 例集中入院的消化道出血患者为研究对 象，分为对照组（n=123）与实验组（n=122），确保实验数据的可参考性和可对比性。对照组患者接受常 规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的同时给予关怀理念护理，分析护理质量。结果 在对患者基本资料和治疗 效果进行记录后，发现实验组患者的治疗效果明显相较于对照组来说更优（P＜0.05）。结论 本次研究显示 将关怀护理应用于患者的护理中产生的护理效果良好，临床可推广价值强。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying caring nursing concept to patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.
Methods In this study, the period from November 2020 to April 2021 was taken as the study period. 245 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital during this period were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the control group (n=123) and the experimental group (n=122) to ensure the referential and comparable experimental data. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the experimental group received care concept nursing at the same time of routine nursing to analyze the quality of nursing.
Results After recording the basic data and treatment effect of patients, it was found that the treatment effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   This study shows that the nursing effect produced by applying care nursing to patients' nursing is good, and it can be promoted clinically.
