Observation on therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spondyloticradiculopathy
温针灸联合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨分析温针灸联合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察。方法 研究着手时间与终 止时间分别为 2021 年 2 月与 2022 年 3 月，通过电脑编辑下的随机抽选程序，在上述所提这段时间内，选 择我院接受治疗的神经根型脊椎病患者 104 例作为本次研究的探讨对象，将其划分为两个不同组别，前组 为共计 52 例使用温灸针治疗的对照组，后组为共计 52 例在前组基础上联合推拿手法进行治疗的观察组， 对患者最终所拥有的临床成效进行相互之间的比较与分析。结果 患者所拥有的临床成效更高的一个组别为 观察组（P＜0.05）。患者在接受治疗前的疼痛感受均没有差异性（P＞0.05），在接受治疗后两组别患者的 疼痛症状均有所降低，其中相对更低的一个组别为观察组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于出现神经根型颈椎病患者， 在该类型患者在接受治疗的过程中施以温针灸联合推拿手法进行疾病治疗，让患者拥有更加接近理想状态 的治疗成效，患者所承受的疼痛症状得到了良好的缓解。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
Methods The starting time and ending time of the study were February 2021 and March 2022 respectively. During the above-mentioned period, 104 patients with radicular spondylosis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study through the random selection procedure edited by the computer. They were divided into two different groups. The former group was the control group of 52 patients who were treated with warm moxibustion needles, The latter group is a total of 52 cases of observation group treated with massage on the basis of the former group. The final clinical effects of the patients were compared and analyzed.
Results The observation group had a higher clinical effect (P<0.05). There was no difference in pain perception of patients before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the pain symptoms of patients in both groups were reduced, and the lower one was the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type, warm acupuncture and massage techniques are used to treat the disease during the treatment of this type of patients, so that the patients can have a treatment effect closer to the ideal state, and the pain symptoms suffered by the patients have been well alleviated.
