Common working defects and preventive countermeasures in the disinfection supply room of basic hospitals
基层医院消毒供应室常见工作缺陷及防范对策

摘要

目的 对基层医院消毒供应室常见工作缺陷进行分析，并给出防范对策。方法 磐石市医院对 内部消毒供应室情况做出分析，2020 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月经工作缺陷评估给出有处理对策，且对比近两年 工作缺陷发生率的变化情况。结果 2020 年基层医院消毒供应室工作缺陷率为 30%，2021 年基层医院消毒 供应室工作缺陷率为 10%，两年对比后结果呈差异性（P<0.05）。结论 加强对基层医院消毒供应室常见工 作缺陷分析，需要工作人员增强意识，严格控制质量，确保在各项防范对策下降低风险事件。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the common work defects in the disinfection supply room of basic hospitals and give preventive countermeasures.
Methods Panshi Hospital analyzed the situation of internal disinfection supply room, gave countermeasures for the work defect assessment of work defects from January 2020 to December 2021, and compared the changes in the rate of work defects in the past two years.
Results In 2020, the work defect rate of the disinfection supply rooms was 30% and 10% in 2021, and the results were different after two years （P <0.05）.
Conclusion   To strengthen the analysis of the common work defects in the disinfection supply rooms of basic hospitals, the staff need to enhance their awareness, strictly control the quality, and ensure that the risk events are reduced under various preventive countermeasures.
