安全护理管理模式在妇产科手术室护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 针对安全护理模式应用于妇产科手术室护理中的效果及价值做深入分析探讨。方法 将 本院在 2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 11 月期间接诊的 100 例妇产科手术患者做为实验依据，通过将 100 例患者采 用 1--100 数字随机编号法作为分组基准，奇偶数分别为 a 组、b 组，每组患者例数分别为 50 例，对划分到 a 组的 50 例患者开展常规护理管理；对划分到 b 组的 50 例患者实行安全护理管理，后对 a、b 两组患者的 护理管理情况做具体比较。结果 经接受两种不同形式的护理干预后，两组患者在（护理操作技巧、护理服 务态度、与患者沟通能力、器械准备、消毒隔离、操作规范、不良事件发生率以及护理满意度）方面所呈 现出的护理结局体现明显差异性，b 组患者在整体护理效果上均显优于 a 组方患者，故实验结局理想。结论 通过将安全护理管理模式融入到妇产科手术室护理中，不仅在手术差错率、不良事件发生率以及护理纠纷 方面均得到有效的规避，还令患者生命安全得到有效保障，增进护患关系使护理满意度大幅度提升，其效 果突出，意义重大。

Abstract

Objective To deeply analyze the effect and value of safe nursing mode in the nursing of obstetrics and gynecology operating room.
Methods Using 100 patients with obstetrics and gynecology surgery from January 2022 to November 2022,100 patients were 50 patients and 50 patients and 50 patients in the nursing management of groups a and b.
Results after receiving two different forms of nursing intervention, the two groups of patients in (nursing skills, nursing service attitude, and patients, communication ability, equipment preparation, disinfection isolation, operation specification, adverse event incidence and nursing satisfaction) of nursing outcome reflect obvious difference, b patients on the overall nursing effect are better than a group patients, so the experimental outcome is ideal.
Conclusion   by the safety nursing management mode into the obstetrics and gynecology operating room nursing, not only in the surgical error rate, adverse events and nursing disputes are effectively avoid, also effectively guarantee patients' life safety, enhance the relationship between nurses and nursing satisfaction greatly improved, its effect is outstanding in particular, is of great significance.
