Refined nursing intervention for patients with esophageal and gastric fundus variceal hemorrhage treatedwith endoscopic ligation
食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血行内镜下套扎术治疗患者的精细化护理干预

摘要

目的 分析精细化护理干预用于食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下套扎术中的价值。方法 对 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 3 月本科接诊食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血病人（n=80）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 40 人，前者于内镜下套扎术期间采取精细化护理干预，后者行常规护理。对比再出血率等指标。结果 关于 并发症，试验组发生率 2.5%，和对照组数据 20.0%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于再出血率：试验组数据 5.0%， 和对照组数据 22.5%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于卡氏评分：干预结束时，试验组数据（87.25±3.12）分，对 照组数据（81.58±3.79）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度：试验组数据比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 食 管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下套扎术用精细化护理干预，再出血率更低，并发症也更少，生活质量改善 更加明显，满意度提升更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of fine nursing intervention in endoscopic ligation of esophageal and gastric varices rupture and hemorrhage.
Methods Undergraduate patients (n=80) with esophageal and fundus variceal hemorrhage received from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided, with 40 patients in each of the two groups. The former received intensive nursing intervention during endoscopic ligation, while the latter received routine nursing. Rebleeding rate and other indicators were compared.
Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.5%, which was lower than that in the control group (20.0%) (P < 0.05). The rebleeding rate was 5.0% in the experimental group, which was lower than 22.5% in the control group (P < 0.05). As for Klarson score: at the end of the intervention, the experimental group data （87.25±3.12) points, compared with the control group data (81.58±3.79) points (P<0.05). About satisfaction: the experimental group data was higher than the control group (P < 0.05 ） .
Conclusion  s Endoscopic ligation with refined nursing intervention for esophageal and gastrofundus variceal hemorrhage has a lower rebleeding rate, fewer complications, more obvious improvement in quality of life and more rapid improvement in satisfaction.
