摘要
目的 分析益气宣肺汤与穴位贴敷联合用于老年慢性支气管炎急性发作的价值。方法 2021 年
1 月-2022 年 8 月本科接诊老年慢性支气管炎急性发作病人 247 名，随机分 2 组。试验组 127 人采取益气宣
肺汤和穴位贴敷疗法，对照组 120 人行常规治疗。对比不良反应等指标。结果 关于中医证候积分，治疗结
束时：试验组数据（2.13±0.31）分，和对照组数据（4.97±0.52）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于总有效率：
试验组数据 96.85%，和对照组数据 80.83%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于 sf-36 评分：治疗结束时，试验组数
据（89.25±3.05）分，和对照组数据（81.27±3.96）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 老年慢性支气管炎急性发
作联用益气宣肺汤和穴位贴敷疗法，生活质量更好，症状缓解也更为迅速，疗效提升更加明显。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of Yiqi Xuanfei Decoction combined with acupoint application
for acute attack of chronic bronchitis in the elderly. Methods A total of 247 elderly patients with acute onset of
chronic bronchitis were enrolled in undergraduate study from January 2021 to August 2022 and randomly divided
into 2 groups. 127 patients in the experimental group received Yiqi Xuanfei decoction and acupoint application
therapy, and 120 patients in the control group received routine treatment. Compare adverse reactions and other
indicators. Results At the end of treatment, the score of the test group was (2.13±0.31), which was lower than that
of the control group (4.97±0.52) (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.85%, which
was higher than the control group's 80.83% (P < 0.05). Regarding sf-36 score: At the end of treatment, the
experimental group score was 89.25±3.05, which was higher than the control group score (81.27±3.96) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Acute onset of chronic bronchitis in the elderly combined with Yiqi Xuanfei Decoction and acupoint
application therapy has fewer adverse reactions, better quality of life, more rapid symptom relief and more obvious
curative effect improvement.
