Intervention study of targeted nursing on elderly patients with heart failure
针对性护理对老年心力衰竭患者的干预研究

摘要

目的 探讨针对老年心力衰竭患者采用针对性护理措施干预临床价值。方法 择取病例时间为 2020 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月，病例来源于本院收治老年心力衰竭患者，共计 50 例，按照双盲法分组原则，划 分研究组 25 例，对照组 25 例，对照组采用常规护理干预措施，研究组在对照组基础上加用针对性护理干 预措施，组间比对两组护理干预价值。结果 干预前，比对两组生活质量指标，差异并不显著，数据提示 P>0.05； 干预后，两组比对生活质量指标，研究组优于对照组，差异显著，数据提示 P＜0.05；干预前，比对两组心 理指标评分，差异并不显著，数据提示 P>0.05；干预后，两组比对心理指标评分，研究组低于对照组，差 异显著，数据提示 P＜0.05；干预后，比对两组临床症状改善指标，研究组优于对照组，差异显著，数据提 示 P＜0.05。结论 将针对性护理干预措施应用在老年心力衰竭患者干预中，可提高患者生活质量，改善不 良心理情绪，经研究结果证实可做临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of targeted nursing interventions for elderly patients with heart failure.
Methods The selected cases were from January 2020 to January 2022. A total of 50 cases of elderly patients with heart failure were treated in our hospital. According to the principle of double blind grouping, 25 cases were divided into the study group and 25 cases into the control group. The control group used conventional nursing interventions. The study group added targeted nursing interventions on the basis of the control group, and compared the value of nursing interventions between the two groups.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life indicators between the two groups, and the data suggested that P>0.05; After intervention, the quality of life indicators of the two groups were compared, and the study group was superior to the control group, with significant difference. The data suggested that P<0.05; Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological indicators between the two groups, indicating that P>0.05; After intervention, the scores of psychological indicators of the two groups were compared. The scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, with significant difference. The data suggested that P<0.05; After intervention, compared with the improvement indicators of clinical symptoms of the two groups, the study group was superior to the control group, with significant difference. The data showed that P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of targeted nursing intervention measures in elderly patients with heart failure can improve the quality of life of patients and improve their bad psychological emotions, which can be clinically popularized as confirmed by the research results.
