Effect analysis of modified gastric lavage in rescuing patients with organophosphorus drug poisoning
改良洗胃法抢救有机磷药物中毒患者的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析改良洗胃术用于有机磷农药中毒的价值。方法 对 60 例口服有机磷农药中毒的患者 采用经口插管洗胃法洗胃，并随机分为两组，每组 30 例。对照组按常规洗胃方法进行洗胃，观察组按改良 后的洗胃方法进行洗胃，也就是采取“前额正中发际至剑突及脐中点”改良测量完成插管操作，长度在 55-70cm 的范围之内；插管体位采取头低足高左侧卧,在洗胃过程中变换患者体位、采用改良洗胃液洗胃的 方法。比较两组的洗胃的情况和并发症。结果 观察组洗胃时长、平均住院时间和并发症的发生率均低于对 照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 改良洗胃术在洗胃过程中在传统插管长度的基础上再延长 10-15cm，并在洗胃过程中不断改变体位，采用改良洗胃液进行洗胃，可缩短洗胃时长和平均住院时间，减 少并发症的发生率，提高洗胃效果和抢救成功率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of modified gastric lavage for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
Methods Sixty patients with oral organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were given gastric lavage by oral intubation and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The control group performed gastric lavage according to conventional gastric lavage, while the observation group performed gastric lavage according to the improved gastric lavage method, that is, the modified measurement of "forehead median hairline to xiphatic process and midpoint of umbilicus" was taken to complete the intubation operation, the length of which was within 55-70cm. The position of intubation was to lie on the left side with the head low and the feet high. During gastric lavage, the patient's position was changed and the modified gastric lavage was adopted. Gastric lavage and complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The duration of gastric lavage, the average length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of gastric lavage, the modified gastric lavage lengthened by 10-15cm on the basis of the traditional length of intubation, continuously changed the position during gastric lavage, and used the modified gastric lavage fluid for gastric lavage can shorten the duration of gastric lavage and the average length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the effect of gastric lavage and the success rate of rescue.
