多元化护理配合非语言沟通对突发性耳聋患者焦虑，抑郁的影响

摘要

目的 多元化护理配合非语言沟通对突发性耳聋患者焦虑，抑郁的影响。方法 选取 2019年 1 月至 2022 年 9 月，我院收治的突发性耳聋患者 90 例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各 45例。对照组使 用常规护理，实验组使用多元化护理结合非语言沟通，比较两组患者的心理状态、症状改善情况、生活质 量、自我效能以及护理满意度。结果 实验组焦虑（SAS）评分、抑郁（SDS）评分均低于对照组；实验组眩 晕、耳鸣、听阈评分均较对照组更低；实验组生活质量（SF-36）评分、自我效能（SUPPH）评分高于对照 组；实验组护理满意度高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 多元化护理配合非语言沟通对突发性 耳聋患者的护理效果较好，能够缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，明显改善疾病症状，提高患者的生活质量以 及自我效能，同时还可以增加护理满意度，具有临床使用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing and nonverbal communication on anxiety and depression of patients with sudden deafness.
Methods 90 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group used conventional nursing, while the experimental group used diversified nursing combined with nonverbal communication to compare the psychological status, symptom improvement, quality of life, self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.
Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group; The scores of vertigo, tinnitus and hearing threshold in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group; The scores of quality of life (SF-36) and self-efficacy (SUPPH) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing effect of diversified nursing combined with nonverbal communication for patients with sudden deafness is better, which can relieve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, significantly improve the symptoms of disease, improve the quality of life and self-efficacy of patients, and also increase nursing satisfaction, with clinical value.
