Intervention analysis of serum NGF and TNF-a levels in patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome bymoxibustion and Wenpi SAN acupoint application therapy combined with comprehensive nursing
艾灸、温脾散穴位敷贴疗法结合综合护理对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者血清NGF 及 TNF-a 水平的干预分析

摘要

目的 探究分析艾灸、温脾散穴位敷贴疗法结合综合护理对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者血清 NGF 及 TNF-a 水平的影响。方法 选取于 2020 年 6 月至 2022 年 1 月，我院收治的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者共 80 例，作 为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 80 例患者随机分为对照组以及观 察组。对照组采用西医疗法结合常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用艾灸、温脾散穴位敷贴疗法结合综合护理模 式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的血清 NGF 指标以及 TNF-α水平。结果 经干预后，观察组在血清 NGF 指标以及 TNF-α水平方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对腹泻型肠易激综 合征患者进行干预的过程中，采用艾灸、温脾散穴位敷贴疗法结合综合护理模式进行干预，能够有效改善患者的 血清 NGF 指标以及 TNF-α水平，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effects of moxibustion and Wenpi SAN acupoint application therapy combined with comprehensive nursing on serum levels of NGF and TNF-a in patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.
Methods A total of 80 patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the admission sequence number of patients, 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by means of random number grouping. The control group was treated with Western medicine combined with conventional nursing. Observation group was treated with moxibustion, Wenpi SAN acupoint application therapy combined with comprehensive nursing mode. The serum NGF index and TNF-α level of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results After intervention, the levels of serum NGF and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   In the process of intervention for patients with diarrhea-type IBS, moxibustion, Wen PI SAN acupoint application therapy combined with comprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the serum NGF index and TNF-α level of patients, and has excellent effect in the process of practical application, worthy of further promotion and application.
