人性化管理在乡镇卫生院护理管理中的作用探讨

摘要

目的 为能够提升乡镇卫生院的护理质量，提高患者满意度，对人性化管理的应用效果作进一 步探究，为临床提供参考依据。方法 选取 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月期间本乡镇卫生院护理管理实施人性 化管理的 100 例患者作为研究对象，入观察组，选取 2020 年 1 月-2020 年 12 月期间未实施人性化管理的 100 例患者入对照组，对比实施人性化护理管理前后两组的护理质量、患者对护理服务态度、环境管理、专业 技能、健康教育、言谈举止的满意度。结果 统计研究表明，实施人性化管理后观察组的护理质量提升明显， 患者对护理服务态度、环境管理、专业技能、健康教育、言谈举止的满意度明显更高，数据差异明显，P＜ 0.05，存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，人性化管理在乡镇卫生院护理管理中应用效果显著，实施后有效提 升了护理质量及患者满意度，明显促进护患关系和谐，应用效果显著，价值良好，对此护理管理方案建议 大力推广应用。

Abstract

Objective In order to improve the quality of nursing in township hospitals, improve patient satisfaction, further explore the application effect of humanistic management, and provide reference for clinical practice.
Methods 100 patients with humanistic management of nursing management in township hospitals from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and 100 patients without humanistic management from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group. The nursing quality, patients' attitude to nursing service, environmental management, professional skills, health education Satisfaction of speech and behavior.
Results The statistical study showed that the nursing quality of the observation group was significantly improved after the implementation of humanistic management, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing service attitude, environmental management, professional skills, health education, speech and behavior was significantly higher. The data difference was significant (P<0.05), which had a comparative meaning.
Conclusion   The analysis shows that the application of humanized management in the nursing management of township hospitals has a significant effect. After the implementation, the nursing quality and patient satisfaction have been effectively improved, and the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients has been significantly promoted. The application effect is significant and the value is good. Therefore, it is suggested to vigorously promote the application of this nursing management plan.
