探讨护士主导的多学科团队护理对结直肠癌根治术患者早期肠内营养的影响

摘要

目的 探究对结直肠癌手术患者实施以护士为主导的多学科团队护理的影响。方法 此次试验 时间定为 2021 年 4 月到 2022 年 10 月，受试对象例数为 60，选自我院接受结直肠癌根治术，术后予肠内营 养支持，将其随机分成对照组（基础营养护理）和研究组（以护士为主导的多学科团队护理），每组受试 对象 30 例，比对两种护理手段对患者营养水平的影响。结果 研究组结直肠癌患者术后各项指标恢复用时 更快、白蛋白水平更高（P＜0.05）；研究组结直肠癌患者术后出现并发症的几率（6.67%）低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；与对照组相比，研究组 CD4+T 细胞比例更高，CD8+T 更低，P＜0.05。结论 结直肠癌术后实施 以护士为主导的多学科团队护理，可以促进机体快速康复，缓解免疫应激反应，改善患者术后营养状况。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary team nursing led by nurses on colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery.
Methods The trial was scheduled from April 2021 to October 2022. The number of subjects was 60. They were selected from our hospital to receive radical resection of colorectal cancer and postoperative enteral nutrition support. They were randomly divided into a control group (basic nutrition nursing) and a research group (nurse led multidisciplinary team nursing). There were 30 subjects in each group. The effects of the two nursing methods on the nutritional level of patients were compared.
Results In the study group, the indexes of colorectal cancer patients recovered more quickly and the albumin level was higher (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative complications in colorectal cancer patients in the study group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the proportion of CD4+T cells in the study group was higher and that of CD8+T cells was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The multi-disciplinary team nursing led by nurses after colorectal cancer surgery can promote the rapid recovery of the body, alleviate the immune stress reaction, and improve the nutritional status of patients after surgery.
