The value of humanistic care on compliance in outpatient and emergency care
人文关怀在门急诊护理中对依从性的价值

摘要

目的 分析门急诊护理中人文关怀的干预效果。方法 选取门急诊中近 2 年（2019 年 8 月-2021 年 9 月）就诊的患者 80 例，回顾临床资料。将实施人文关怀干预的 40 例患者作为观察组，将实施常规护 理干预的 40 例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理干预效果。结果 观察组患者对疾病健康知识评分和健康教 育满意度更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组各项护理水平（服务态度、护理技术、 健康教育、心理护理、用药指导）评分更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者依从 率和对护理工作满意度评分更高，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过在门急诊护理中 实施人文关怀，可有效提高门急诊护理水平，以及增强患者对提高疾病健康知识和健康教育的掌握度，从 而提高患者满意度和依从性，有利于患者病情得到进一步控制，临床应用价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of humanistic care in outpatient and emergency care.
Methods The clinical data of 80 patients in outpatient and emergency departments in recent 2 years (August 2019 to September 2021) were reviewed. The 40 patients with humanistic care intervention were taken as the observation group, and the 40 patients with conventional nursing intervention were taken as the control group. The effect of nursing intervention was observed.
Results Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with disease health knowledge score and health education than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of various nursing levels (service attitude, nursing technology, health education, psychological nursing, medication guidance) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The compliance rate and satisfaction score of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of humanistic care in outpatient and emergency care can effectively improve the level of outpatient and emergency care, as well as enhance patients' mastery of disease health knowledge and health education, thus improving patients' satisfaction and compliance, which is conducive to further control of patients' conditions and has significant clinical application value.
