Clinical Observation on the Effect of Qiangli Pipa Dew in Treating Cough after Cold
强力枇杷露治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 分析强力枇杷露治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床效果。方法 选择我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月 感冒后咳嗽患者共 70 例，数字表随机分 2 组每组 35 例，对照组的患者给予常规药物治疗，观察组在该基 础上增加强力枇杷露。比较两组咳嗽缓解时间、治疗前后患者咳嗽症状积分、生活质量状况、总有效率、 不良反应。结果 观察组咳嗽缓解时间短于对照组，治疗后患者咳嗽症状积分、生活质量状况优于对照 组，总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。两组治疗过程不良反应未见，P＞0.05。结论 常规药物联合强力枇杷 露对于感冒后咳嗽的治疗效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qiangli Pipa Dew on cough after cold.
Methods A total of 70 patients with cough after cold in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected. The number table was randomly divided into two groups: 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs. The observation group was added with strong loquat syrup on this basis. The cough relief time, cough symptom score, quality of life, total effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.
Results The relieving time of cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. After treatment, the scores of cough symptoms and quality of life of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). No adverse reaction was found in the two groups during treatment (P ＞ 0.05).
Conclusion   Conventional medicine combined with Qiangli Pipa Dew has a definite therapeutic effect on cough after cold.
