The role of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with advanced gastric cancer
优质护理在晚期胃癌患者护理中的作用

摘要

目的 分析优质护理对晚期胃癌根治术后疼痛、炎症反应和胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取 2019.11-2022.3 月期间到我院接受胃癌根治术进行治疗的患者 95 例，将其设为研究样本。使用随机数字表 法将 95 例样本进行分组，常规组 45 例，组内患者进行常规干预，研究组 50 例，组内患者进行优质护理干 预，干预后将两组患者的术后疼痛、炎症反应及胃肠功能等指标进行分析对比。结果 通过对比两组患者的 术后疼痛、炎症反应及胃肠功能等指标可以发现，研究组患者的术后疼痛评以及各项炎症因子水平低于常 规组，患者的胃肠功能恢复情况优于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于采取胃癌根治术进行治疗的患者来说， 用采用优质护理进行干预，这种干预方式可以改善患者的炎症反应及疼痛评分，促进患者胃肠功能的恢复， 具有十分显著的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on pain, inflammatory reaction and gastrointestinal function after radical resection of advanced gastric cancer.
Methods 95 patients who received radical gastrectomy in our hospital from September 2011 to March 22 were selected as study samples. 95 samples were divided into routine group (45 cases) and study group (50 cases) by random number table. After the intervention, the indexes of postoperative pain, inflammatory reaction and gastrointestinal function were analyzed and compared between the two groups.
Results By comparing the postoperative pain, inflammatory reaction, gastrointestinal function and other indicators of the two groups, it can be found that the postoperative pain rating and the levels of various inflammatory factors of the patients in the study group are lower than those in the conventional group, and the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the patients is better than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients undergoing radical gastrectomy, high-quality nursing intervention can improve the inflammatory reaction and pain score of patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and has a very significant application value.
