儿童保健门诊护理中健康教育的应用分析

摘要

目的 对健康教育对儿童保健门诊护理影响价值进行探究，希望可以为儿童保健门诊护理研究 提供一点帮助。方法 研究时段为 2021 年 10 月到 2022 年 10 月，研究对象为院内儿童保健门诊健康体检儿 童，共计 70 例，利用随机分配法划分为对照组、观察组，分别采取常规模式、强化健康教育模式开展两组 护理工作，对两组护理效果相关数据信息进行统计与分析。结果 将两组接受不同护理后相关数据信息输入 到统计学系统中处理，观察组家长儿科健康知识掌握程度评分更高，差异具有统计学意义（P 值<0.05）； 观察组随访半年儿童常见疾病发生率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P 值<0.05）；观察组家长对护理工作满 意度更高，差异具有统计学意义（P 值<0.05）。结论 健康教育可对儿童保健门诊护理产生积极影响，丰富 家长儿科疾病健康知识，减少儿童疾病发生风险，将家长对护理工作满意水平提升到新高度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence value of health education on children's health care outpatient care, hoping to provide some help for children's health care outpatient care research.
Methods The study period was from October 2021 to October 2022. The study subjects were 70 children who were physically examined in the children's health care clinic in the hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The routine mode and the intensive health education mode were adopted to carry out two groups of nursing work, and the data and information related to the nursing effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.
Results The relevant data information of the two groups after receiving different nursing care were input into the statistical system for processing. The score of the parents' mastery of pediatric health knowledge in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of common diseases in children in the observation group was lower in the follow-up half a year, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The parents in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing work, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Health education can have a positive impact on children's health care outpatient care, enrich parents' health knowledge of pediatric diseases, reduce the risk of children's diseases, and raise parents' satisfaction with nursing to a new height.
