The value of midwifery nursing intervention in improving the natural delivery rate of elderly parturients
助产护理干预对提高高龄产妇自然分娩率的价值探讨

摘要

目的 探究助产护理干预对提高高龄产妇自然分娩率的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院 于 2021.09-2022.09 月 1 年内接收的高龄产妇 84 例，将其按照随机分组法分为对照组（42 例，使用常规护 理）和观察组（42 例，使用助产护理）。对两组的产程时间、分娩方式、产后并发症发生率进行对比分析。 结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用助产护理后，其产程时间（包括第一、第二、 第三及总产程）均低于对照组，分娩方式（包括自然分娩、剖宫产、阴道助产）均优于对照组，产后并发 症发生率（包括产后出血、宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息）均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结 论 在高龄产妇护理过程中，采用助产护理干预能取得较佳的效果，可使产妇产程时间得到减少，可有效提 升产妇自然分娩率，可减少产后并发症的出现，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect and use value of midwifery nursing intervention on improving the natural delivery rate of elderly parturients.
Methods 84 elderly parturients received in our hospital from September 2021.09 to September 2022.09 were randomly divided into control group (42 cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (42 cases, using midwifery nursing). The time of labor process, mode of delivery and the incidence of postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The two groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. However, the time of labor process (including the first, second, third and total labor process) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after using midwifery care. The delivery methods (including natural delivery, cesarean section, vaginal midwifery) were superior to the control group. The incidence of postpartum complications (including postpartum hemorrhage, intrauterine distress, neonatal asphyxia) were lower than that in the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of the elderly lying in women, the adoption of midwifery nursing intervention can achieve better results, reduce the time of the delivery process of the lying in women, effectively improve the natural delivery rate of the lying in women, reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications, and has higher application value.
