心力衰竭容量管理护理专案改善对心力衰竭患者的影响研究

摘要

目的 对心力衰竭患者实施治疗时，选择心力衰竭容量管理护理专案对最终治疗效果进行干预， 探讨对心力衰竭患者产生的影响。方法 在 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 5 月期间选取研究对象，研究对象的总人 数为 100 例，并且均被确诊为心力衰竭，将患者按照均分为 2 组，分析为研究组患者实施心力衰竭容量管 理护理专案干预的疗效优势。结果 （1）在依从性方面，实施心力衰竭容量管理护理专案干预后研究组患 者的依从性更高，差异显著（p＜0.05）；（2）在临床指标方面，研究组患者各项指标水平更加优异，差异 显著（p＜0.05）。结论 心力衰竭患者接受心力衰竭容量管理护理专案干预护理可以取得更加优异的治疗效 果。

Abstract

Objective When implementing the treatment for patients with heart failure, choose the heart failure volume management nursing project to intervene the final therapeutic effect, to explore the impact on patients with heart failure.
Methods: A total of 100 subjects were selected from January 2021 to May 2022, and all of them were diagnosed with heart failure. The patients were divided into two groups, and the efficacy advantage of volume management care intervention for patients in the study group was analyzed.
Results: (1) In terms of compliance, the compliance of patients in the study group was higher after the implementation of the heart failure volume management care project intervention, the difference was significant (p < 0.05); (2) In terms of clinical indicators, the level of indicators in the study group was better, and the difference was significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Patients with heart failure can obtain more excellent therapeutic effect by receiving cardiac failure volume management nursing intervention.
