西药药房管理对西药临床合理用药的影响

摘要

目的 为有效提升西药临床合理、规范用药，降低临床用药不合理事件发生率，确保用药安全， 对西药药房管理的应用效果作进一步探究。方法 择取 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月期间在我院就医的接受西 药治疗的患者 200 例为研究对象，按患者治疗时间顺序分常规药房管理的对照组和西药药房管理的观察组 （各 100 例），对两组从用药时间、用药满意度、医疗纠纷率、并发症发生率、不合理用药事件发生率展 开数据研究。结果 西药药房管理后，观察组临床用药不合理事件发生率、并发症发生率及医疗纠纷率得到 明显下降，用药时间更短，用药满意度更高，与对照组差异明显，P＜0.05，实验价值显现。结论 经过对西 药临床用药实施西药药房管理后，西药临床用药的合理性和规范性得到显著提升，减短患者用药时间，降 低不合理用药事件发生率，保证用药安全性，提高患者用药满意度，应用效果显著，价值良好，进一步为 患者提供优良的用药环境，建议临床中广泛使用。

Abstract

Objective To further explore the application effect of western medicine pharmacy management in order to effectively improve the clinical rational and standardized use of western medicine, reduce the incidence of irrational events in clinical use, and ensure drug safety.
Methods 200 patients who received western medicine treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group managed by conventional pharmacy and the observation group managed by western pharmacy (100 cases each) according to the order of patients' treatment time. The data of the two groups were studied from the time of drug use, drug use satisfaction, medical dispute rate, complication rate, and incidence rate of irrational drug use events.
Results After the management of western medicine pharmacy, the incidence of irrational events, complications and medical disputes in the observation group were significantly reduced, the duration of drug use was shorter, and the satisfaction of drug use was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The experimental value was obvious.
Conclusion   After the implementation of pharmacy management of western medicine for clinical use of western medicine, the rationality and standardization of clinical use of western medicine have been significantly improved, the time for patients to use western medicine has been shortened, the incidence of irrational drug use incidents has been reduced, the safety of drug use has been guaranteed, the satisfaction of patients with drug use has been improved, the application effect is significant, and the value is good, further providing patients with an excellent drug use environment, and it is recommended that western medicine be widely used in clinical practice.
