Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with poststrokedepression
综合康复护理干预对卒中后抑郁患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析卒中后抑郁患者采取综合康复护理干预后对生活质量产生的影响。方法 选择我院 2021 年 2 月到 2022 年 6 月接收的 68 例卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数表方式分组，34 例实 施普通护理干预，设定为对照组，34 例实施综合康复护理干预，设定为观察组，分析两组护理效果差异。 结果 观察组护理后半个月，一个月生活质量评分明显高于对照组，观察组护理后半个月，一个月 HAMD 评分明显低于对照组，观察组护理后满意度明显高于对照组，（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。结论 综合康复护理干预对卒中后抑郁患者生活质量改善较明显，并且还能改善抑郁症状，获得患者护理满意评 价，值得临床重视并采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression.
Methods A total of 68 patients with poststroke depression received in our hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and grouped according to random number table. 34 patients received general nursing intervention and were set as the control group, while 34 patients received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention and were set as the observation group. The difference of nursing effect between the two groups was analyzed.
Results The observation group after half a month of nursing, one month of quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group, the observation group after half a month of nursing, one month HAMD score was significantly lower than the control group, the observation group after nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, (P<0.05) is significant difference, there is statistical significance.
Conclusion   Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression, and can also improve the symptoms of depression, and obtain the satisfaction evaluation of patient care, worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
