The effect of predictive nursing in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor with single portlaparoscopy
预见性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤单孔腹腔镜治疗中的应用效果

摘要

目的 针对预见性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤单孔腹腔镜治疗中的应用效果展开分析。方法 选取 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 1 月期间在我院进行单孔腹腔镜治疗的 76 例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，随机分为对 照组和研究组，各 38 例，对照组应用常规护理，研究组给予预见性护理，比较两组患者干预前后的血压、 心率变化及并发症发生率。结果 干预前两组患者血压及心率无明显差异，对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05）； 干预后研究组舒张压、收缩压及心率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率 低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在使用单孔腹腔镜治疗妇科恶性肿瘤期间应用预见性护 理，能够有效维持血压及心率平稳，保证治疗工作的顺利开展，减少并发症的发生，有利于患者康复，护 理效果明显。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in the single port laparoscopic treatment of gynecological malignant tumors.
Methods 76 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who were treated by single port laparoscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 38 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the study group was given predictive nursing care. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.
Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05); After intervention, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Predictive nursing can effectively maintain stable blood pressure and heart rate, ensure the smooth development of treatment, reduce the occurrence of complications, and help patients recover from gynecological malignancies.
