Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on perioperative nursing of colon cancer
快速康复护理在结肠癌围术期护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析研究快速康复护理干预在结肠癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法 选择我院 2020 年 6 月-2022 年 7 月两年内手术治疗的 80 例结肠癌患者作为研究对象，采用随机的方式分为实验组（40 例）和 对照组（40 例）。对照组患者采用常规护理方法，实验组患者采用快速康复护理方式，护理干预后对患者 的治疗恢复时间和护理满意度进行观察记录。结果 实验组患者的初次排便时间、初次进食时间、肠鸣音恢 复时间、住院时间都比对照组患者要短，实验组患者的护理满意度明显比对照组患者要高，差异均有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复护理干预能够缩短结肠癌围术期患者的恢复时间，提高患者的护理满意 度，让患者以积极的心态配合医生治疗，早日回归健康生活。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on perioperative patients with colon cancer.
Methods 80 patients with colon cancer who were surgically treated in our hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into the experimental group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing methods, while the patients in the experimental group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing methods. After the nursing intervention, the patients' treatment recovery time and nursing satisfaction were observed and recorded.
Results The time of the first defecation, the time of the first meal, the recovery time of bowel sounds, and the hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention can shorten the recovery time of patients with colon cancer in the perioperative period, improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing, enable patients to cooperate with doctors with a positive attitude, and return to a healthy life as soon as possible.
