Effect of nursing training on peritoneal dialysis on prevention of complications
腹膜透析护理培训对预防并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探讨将腹膜透析护理培训运用于肾衰竭维持性腹膜透析患者透析过程中，对降低并发症 发生率及预后的影响。方法 选取 2019 年 3 月到 2020 年 3 月一年内在我院接受治疗的肾衰竭者 60 例，均 于治疗中选择腹膜透析治疗方式。按照入院先后顺序进行编号并分组，前 30 例纳入对照组，透析期间实施 常规护理，后 30 例纳入培训组，透析过程中实施腹膜透析护理培训。对比两组护理后的并发症发生率、营 养状况和治疗期间依从性。结果 经过护理，培训组并发症发生率较对照组低，营养状况显著优于对照组， 且通过腹膜透析护理培训病患治疗依从性得到提升，两组之间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结 论 腹膜透析治疗期间实施腹膜透析护理培训，可有效降低并发症发生率，改善营养状况，生活质量得到显 著提升，透析接受度高，有利于身体恢复，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying peritoneal dialysis nursing training to maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients with renal failure in the dialysis process on reducing the incidence of complications and prognosis.
Methods 60 patients with renal failure who received treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected, and peritoneal dialysis was selected in the treatment. They were numbered and grouped according to the order of admission. The first 30 patients were included in the control group. Routine nursing was carried out during dialysis, and the last 30 patients were included in the training group. Peritoneal dialysis nursing training was carried out during dialysis. The complication rate, nutritional status and compliance during treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing, the incidence of complications in the training group was lower than that in the control group, the nutritional status was significantly better than that in the control group, and the patients' treatment compliance was improved through peritoneal dialysis nursing training. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Peritoneal dialysis nursing training during peritoneal dialysis treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the nutritional status, significantly improve the quality of life, have a high acceptance of dialysis, which is conducive to physical recovery, and has clinical promotion value.
