互动健康教育护理干预对小儿肺炎的干预研究

摘要

目的 探究分析互动健康教育护理干预对小儿肺炎的干预。方法 选取于 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月,我院收治的小儿肺炎患儿共 102 例,作为本次研究对象。根据患儿的入院序列数为基础,采用随 机数字分组的方式,将 102 例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预;观察 组采用互动健康教育护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组患儿家属的护理满意度;各项症状消 失时间。结果 经护理干预后,观察组在患儿家属的护理满意度;各项症状消失时间方面明显优于对照组, 其中(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对肺炎患儿进行干预的过程中,采用互动健康教育护理模 式进行干预,能够有效提升患儿家属的护理满意度,同时能够显著改善患儿的各项症状消失时间,在实际 应用的过程中具有优良的效果,值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the intervention of interactive health education and nursing intervention in children with pneumonia.
Methods A total of 102 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. 102 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number of admission sequence of children. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group used the interactive health education nursing model for intervention. The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; Time of disappearance of various symptoms.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with the nursing care of the children's family members; The disappearance time of each symptom was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of intervention for children with pneumonia, using the interactive health education nursing model to intervene can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of children's families, and can significantly improve the disappearance time of children's symptoms, which has excellent effects in the actual application process, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
