摘要
目的 分析蛇伤患肢肿胀患者在进行中药外敷治疗过程中开展综合护理干预的作用。方法 结
合对比护理观察的方式开展探究，纳入患者 30 例，开展时间为 2019 年 1 月至 2022 年 5 月，遵照双盲法均
分为对照组（15 例，治疗期间开展常规护理）和观察组（15 例，开展综合性护理干预）。分析两组患者护
理干预效果。结果 对比两组恢复过程中疼痛症状改善情况分析，观察组疼痛程度低于对照组，P<0.05。对
比两组恢复期生活质量、消肿时间以及心理状态，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 蛇伤患肢肿胀患
者在进行中药外敷治疗的过程中及时开展综合性护理干预，可以有效改善患者疼痛症状，并对患者恢复期
间生活质量进行提升，促使患者肿胀症状在较短时间内改善，帮助患者进行恢复。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of snake
injured patients with swollen limbs by external application of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The research
was carried out in combination with the way of comparative nursing observation. Thirty patients were included in
the study, which was carried out from January 2019 to May 2022. According to the double blind method, they were
divided into the control group （15 cases, regular nursing during treatment） and the observation group （15 cases,
comprehensive nursing intervention）. To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in the two groups. Results The
improvement of pain symptoms in the two groups during recovery was compared, and the pain degree in the
observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. Compared the quality of life, detumescence
time and psychological state of the two groups in the recovery period, the observation group was significantly
better than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion In the process of external application of traditional Chinese
medicine, timely comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients with
swelling of snake injured limbs, improve the quality of life of patients during recovery, promote the improvement
of swelling symptoms in a short time, and help patients recover.
