摘要

目的 探究分析人文关怀理念在脑血管造影术患者护理中的效果。方法 选取于 2019 年 1 月至 2022 年 10 月，来我院接受脑血管造影术的患者共 150 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数为基 础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 150 例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行 干预；观察组采用人文关怀护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的护理满意度；心理状态；以 及并发症发生率。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；心理状态；以及并发症发生率方面明显优于 对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对接受脑血管造影术的患者进行干预的过程中， 采用人文关怀护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度，同时能够显著改善患者的心理状态； 以及并发症发生率，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of humanistic care concept in the nursing of cerebral angiography patients.
Methods 150 patients who came to our hospital for cerebral angiography from January 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the number of admission sequences of patients, 150 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number grouping. The control group was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group was intervened with humanistic care nursing mode. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; mentality; And the incidence of complications.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; mentality; The incidence of complications was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of intervention for patients receiving cerebral angiography, the humanistic care nursing model can effectively enhance the patient's satisfaction with nursing, and can significantly improve the patient's psychological state; As well as the incidence of complications, it has excellent effect in the process of practical application, and is worth further promotion and application.
