Application of continuous quality improvement in humanized nursing care of patients with radiationdermatitis
持续质量改进在放射性皮炎患者人性化护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究分析持续质量改进在放射性皮炎患者人性化护理中的应用。方法 选取于 2021 年 11 月至 2022 年 8 月，我院收治的放疗住院患者共 129 例，作为本次研究对象。其中 2021 年 11 月至 2022 年 3 月收治的放疗住院患者共 65 例，作为本次研究的对照组，2022 年 4 月至 2022 年 8 月收治的放疗住院患者 共 64 例，作为本次研究的观察组。结果 经管理干预后，观察组在放射性皮炎发生率以及护理质量方面明 显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对放疗住院患者进行干预的过程中，采用 持续质量改进管理模式进行干预，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application of continuous quality improvement in humanized nursing of patients with radiation dermatitis.
Methods A total of 129 inpatients with radiotherapy in our hospital from November 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Among them, 65 inpatients with radiotherapy from November 2021 to March 2022 were treated as the control group of this study, and 64 inpatients with radiotherapy from April 2022 to August 2022 were treated as the observation group of this study.
Results After management intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the incidence of radiation dermatitis and the quality of care, of which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of intervention for inpatients with radiotherapy, the use of continuous quality improvement management model for intervention is worthy of further promotion and application.
