Analysis on the effect of targeted emergency nursing mode in the emergency nursing of children with febrileconvulsion
针对性的急救护理模式在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探析针对性的急救护理模式在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的效果。方法 选取 2021 年 6 月 ~2022 年 6 月我院急诊科收治的 128 例高热惊厥患儿，随机分成两组，每组 64 例，对照组采用常规护理， 观察组采用针对性急救护理模式，比较两组的康复情况、患儿家属满意度、治疗依从性以及并发症情况。 结果 观察组的惊厥持续时间、惊厥消失时间、退热时间、住院时间均短于对照组，观察组的患儿家属满意 度 95.31%（61/64）、治疗依从性 96.88%（62/64）均高于对照组 75.00%（48/64）、78.13%（50/64），观 察组的并发症发生率 1.56%（1/64）低于对照组 23.44%（15/64），有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针对性 急救护理模式可以提高高热惊厥患儿的康复效果，增加患儿治疗的依从性，提升患儿家属对所提供护理服 务的满意度，并且降低并发症的发生，提高治疗的安全性，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of targeted emergency nursing mode in the emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion.
Methods 128 cases of febrile convulsion children admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 64 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given targeted emergency care. The rehabilitation, satisfaction of children's families, treatment compliance and complications of the two groups were compared.
Results The duration of convulsion, the time of disappearance of convulsion, the time of fever abatement and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The satisfaction of the family members of the children in the observation group was 95.31% (61/64), and the treatment compliance was 96.88% (62/64) higher than 75.00% (48/64) and 78.13% (50/64) in the control group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.56% (1/64) lower than 23.44% (15/64) in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted emergency nursing mode can improve the rehabilitation effect of children with febrile convulsion, increase the compliance of children with treatment, enhance the satisfaction of children's families with the nursing services provided, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the safety of treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
