Observation on the application effect of different colors in the management of sterile articles
不同颜色在无菌物品管理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究在对无菌物品管理的过程中使用不同颜色标识进行管理的作用。方法 在 2022 年 4 月开展，本科室在对无菌物品管理的过程中使用不同颜色标识辅助进行管理，即选择红黄 2 种颜色标识， 且每种颜色代表不同含义，护理人员结合无菌物品类型等在管理过程粘贴对应颜色标识。观察以不同颜色 标识辅助管理前后各 6 个月时间的管理质量。结果 对比实施前后各 6 个月时间内，灭菌物品存放位置错误 以及过期物品件数统计，实施后均明显优于实施前，P<0.05。对比在实施前后无菌物品管理过程中，医护人 员对管理工作满意度，实施后满意度明显高于实施前，P<0.05。结论 在对无菌物品进行管理的过程中合理 使用不同颜色标识进行管理，可以有效保障该方面管理工作的综合质量，降低无菌物品过期发生率，并增 加医护人员对该方面工作满意度，提高无菌物品使用率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of different color labels in the management of sterile goods.
Methods In April 2022, the department used different color labels to assist in the management of sterile articles, that is, red and yellow labels were selected, and each color represented different meanings. Nurses attached corresponding color labels in the management process in combination with the type of sterile articles. Observe the management quality of 6 months before and after the auxiliary management with different colors.
Results Compared with the statistics of the wrong storage location of sterilized articles and the number of expired articles within 6 months before and after the implementation, the number of sterilized articles after the implementation was significantly better than that before the implementation, P<0.05. Compared with before and after the implementation of sterile goods management, the satisfaction of medical staff on management was significantly higher after the implementation than before, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The reasonable use of different color labels in the management of sterile articles can effectively guarantee the comprehensive quality of the management work in this area, reduce the rate of expiration of sterile articles, increase the satisfaction of medical staff in this area, and improve the use rate of sterile articles.
