Effect of nursing intervention on prevention of joint dislocation after artificial hip replacement
护理干预对预防人工髋关节置换术后关节脱位的效果

摘要

目的 分析探讨护理干预对预防人工髋关节置换术后关节脱位的应用效果。方法 选取我院 2020 年-2021 年接收实施人工髋关节置换术患者 80 例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组 接受常规护理干预，观察组接受综合护理干预，将两组护理后的生活自理能力、Harris 评分、关节脱位与护 理效果进行比较。结果 观察组患者护理后的生活自理能力、Harris 评分均优于对照组，关节脱位率低于对 照组，并且观察组患者的护理效果高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 人工髋关节 置换术后实施综合护理干预对关节脱位具有显著效果，可以有效提高患者生活自理能力，降低关节脱位发 生率，促进患者康复效率，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of nursing intervention on preventing joint dislocation after artificial hip replacement.
Methods 80 patients who received artificial hip replacement from 2020 to 2021 in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The self-care ability, Harris score, joint dislocation and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.
Results The self-care ability and Harris score of the patients in the observation group after nursing were better than those in the control group, the rate of joint dislocation was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention after artificial hip replacement has a significant effect on joint dislocation, which can effectively improve the ability of patients to take care of themselves, reduce the incidence of joint dislocation, and promote the rehabilitation efficiency of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
