探讨优质护理干预在妇产科护理中的应用效果观察研究

摘要

目的 分析优质护理干预应用于妇产科护理中产生的效果。方法 选择我院 2019-2022 年接收的 300 例产妇为研究对象，将其按照电脑盲选方式分组，150 例实施普通护理干预，设定为对照组，150 例实 施优质护理干预，设定为观察组，分析两组护理效果差异。结果 观察组护理后 SAS 评分、SDS 评分明显 降低于对照组，观察组护理配合度明显更高于对照组，观察组护理满意度明显更高于对照组，观察组护理 后 SF-36 评分明显高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理干预应用于妇产科护理中产生的效果较佳，能够 改善产妇心理状况和生活水平，同时还能促使产妇积极配合，获得护理满意评价，值得临床重视并大力推 广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology.
Methods 300 parturients received in our hospital from 2019 to 2022 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into two groups according to the computer blind selection method. 150 cases were given general nursing intervention, which was set as the control group, 150 cases were given high-quality nursing intervention, which was set as the observation group. The difference between the two groups was analyzed.
Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group, the nursing cooperation degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the SF-36 score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing intervention in the obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a better effect, which can improve the psychological status and living standard of the parturients, at the same time, it can promote the active cooperation of the parturients, and obtain satisfactory nursing evaluation, which is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
