随着我国居民生活水平的不断提高，人们饮食结构与生活习惯都发生较大变化。大多数人生 活、工作压力逐渐增大，休息时间与运动时间显著减少，很多人通过高脂肪、高糖的饮食来缓解压力，导 致了我国糖尿病的发病率逐年上升。糖尿病属于慢性疾病，目前并没有治愈的方式，主要通过药物控制与 日常生活管理来维持血糖水平的稳定。但是很多患者对糖尿的相关知识并不了解，长时间的用药也会使患 者产生疲乏感，所以治疗依从性与自我管理意识较差，导致了糖尿病的防治效果并不理想。提升患者自我 管理能力是对糖尿病的防治至关重要，能够有效降低发病风险，减轻家庭经济压力。

Abstract

However, many patients do not understand the relevant knowledge of diabetes, and long-term medication will also make patients feel tired, so the treatment compliance and self-management awareness are poor, leading to the unsatisfactory prevention and treatment effect of diabetes. Improving the self-management ability of patients is crucial to the prevention and treatment of diabetes, which can effectively reduce the risk of disease and reduce family economic pressure.
