优质护理干预在内镜清洗及消毒质量控制中的作用

摘要

目的 总结相关资料，深入探讨质量护理干预在内镜清洗消毒质量控制中的作用，为医疗工作 提供数据支持。方法 探讨研究优质护理在临床的应用价值，并深入分析将此项护理应用内镜清洗及消毒质 量控制中，验证其有效性。实验时间选择于 2019 年 1 月----2022 年 9 月期间内进行，以我院内镜中心 80 条 清洗及消毒记录为研究样本，结合奇偶数字分组法，将其均分两组，基数组采用常规护理，并为对照组， 偶数组实施本文研究目标的优质护理干预，并为研究组，分别实施不同的护理措施后，对两组的内镜清洗 合格率、内镜清洗质量控制评分情况进行调查，并引用相关软件将数据予以整合、汇总。结果 整体护理效 果显现研究组护理结局尤为突出，且可行性显高，各项数据均优于对照组且内镜清洗合格率高达 97.5%，组 间数据差异明显化，均达到 P＜0.05 统计标准。结论 在内镜清洗消毒工作中运用优质护理，其价值显现， 清洗人员具备较高的责任意识、职业技能，对内镜清洗消毒管理质量予以优化，最大限度提升内镜清洗合 格率，建议推广运用。

Abstract

Objective To summarize the data, to deeply explore the role of quality nursing intervention in endoscopic cleaning and disinfection quality control, and to provide data support for medical work.
Methods The experiment time was selected from September 2019 to September 2022. Taking 80 cleaning and disinfection records in our hospital mirror center as the research sample, the base group was divided into the cleaning and disinfection records.
Results The overall nursing outcome of the research group was particularly prominent, and the feasibility was high. The data were better than the control group, and the pass rate of endoscopic cleaning was 97.5%. The data differences between the groups were obvious, and all of them reached the statistical standard of P <0.05.
Conclusion   Quality nursing intervention in the effective implementation of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, its nursing value shows, cleaning personnel have a high sense of responsibility and professional skills, constantly improve the quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection nursing, maximize the qualified rate of endoscopic cleaning, and suggest the promotion and application.
