Application of nursing risk management in clinical nursing of patients in hematology department
护理风险管理在血液科患者临床护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究对血液科患者实施护理风险管理的效果。方法 选取自 2020 年 7 月~2022 年 7 月到 我院就诊的 78 例血液科患者。以随机数字表法均分为实验组及参照组（n=39）。参照组行常规护理干预， 实验组加用护理风险管理。对比两组的风险事件发生情况及患者护理满意程度。结果 实验组风险事件发生 率为 5.13%，参照组风险事件发生率为 20.51%，实验组风险事件发生情况少于参照组，组间对比差异成立 （P<0.05）；实验组患者护理满意率为 100.00%，参照组患者护理满意率为 89.74%，实验组患者护理满意程 度高于参照组，组间对比差异成立（P<0.05）。结论 护理风险管理对血液科患者的应用效果较好，患者的风 险事件发生情况减少，护理满意程度提高，具有重要临床应用价值，建议进一步推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on patients in hematology department.
Methods 78 hematological patients from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected. Randomized number table method was used to divide them into experimental group and reference group (n=39). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received nursing risk management. The occurrence of risk events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was 5.13%, and that in the reference group was 20.51%. The incidence of risk events in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group, and the difference between groups was established (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 100.00%, and that of patients in the reference group was 89.74%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference between groups was established (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing risk management has a good effect on patients in hematology department. The occurrence of patients' risk events is reduced, and nursing satisfaction is improved. It has important clinical application value. It is suggested to further promote and apply it.
