摘要
目的 分析在对产后出血患者进行护理时开展心理护理+健康教育的作用。方法 按照对比护理
观察的方式开展探究,选入患者 76 例,时间段为 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月,数字表随机均分为对照组(38
例,常规护理)和观察组(38 例,常规护理+心理护理+健康教育)。分析护理效果间差异。结果 分析两组
产后恢复中心理状态,在 SDS、SAS 心理量表评分上,干预前两组无差异,P>0.05。干预后,观察组评分
均低于对照组,P<0.05。分析两组健康知识掌握情况以及护理满意度,观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。对比
两组术后生活质量以及住院时间,观察组生活质量高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在对
产后出血患者进行护理时将心理护理以及健康教育进行运用,可以对患者恢复期间心理状态进行改善,并
增加患者对健康知识掌握程度,提升护理满意度以及恢复期生活质量,有助于患者恢复。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of psychological nursing+health education in nursing postpartum
hemorrhage patients. Methods According to the way of comparative nursing observation, 76 patients were selected
from March 2021 to May 2022. The number table was randomly divided into the control group (38 cases, routine
nursing) and the observation group (38 cases, routine nursing+psychological nursing+health education). Analyze
the difference of nursing effect. Results There was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups
before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the
control group (P<0.05). According to the analysis of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups,
the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After comparing the quality of life and
hospitalization time of the two groups, the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the
control group, and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The
application of psychological nursing and health education in the nursing of patients with postpartum hemorrhage
can improve the psychological status of patients during the recovery period, increase their knowledge of health,
enhance nursing satisfaction and quality of life during the recovery period, and help patients recover.
