重性精神障碍患者社区管理现状调查分析及干预对策

摘要

精神障碍在我国是一种患病率较高的疾病，约为 13.4%，此类疾病的主要表现是思维、情感、 感知等功能异常或紊乱，会降低患者的社会适应性、增加心理痛苦感。如果是重性精神障碍患者，自残行 为、攻击行为等更加严重，对本身安全和社会公共安全的影响较大。由于此类疾病病程长，容易反复发作、 迁延难愈，所以在展开必要的临床治疗的同时，还需要关注患者社会、心理、生理层面的健康状态，加强 社区管理。但是，目前社区重型精神障碍患者管理中依然存在很多不足，无法达到管理的目的，本文对管 理现状及干预措施展开总结分析，为提高社区管理效果提供指导意见。

Abstract

Mental disorders in China is a high prevalence of diseases, about 13.4%, the main manifestations of this kind of disease is thinking, emotion, perception and other functional abnormalities or disorders, will reduce the patient's social adaptability, increase the sense of psychological pain. In patients with severe mental disorders, self-harm behavior and aggressive behavior are more serious, which have a greater impact on their own safety and social and public safety. Due to the long course of the disease, it is easy to relapse, prolonged and difficult to heal, so while carrying out the necessary clinical treatment, it is necessary to pay attention to the social, psychological and physiological health status of patients, and strengthen community management. However, at present, there are still many deficiencies in the management of patients with severe mental disorders in the community, which cannot achieve the purpose of management. This paper summarizes and analyzes the management status and intervention measures, so as to provide guidance for improving the effect of community management.
