Application of high quality nursing in patients with early threatened abortion
优质护理在早期先兆流产患者中的应用

摘要

目的 对优质护理对早期先兆流产护理影响进行探究，希望可以为早期先兆流产护理研究提供 一点帮助。方法 研究时段为 2021 年 10 月到 2022 年 10 月，研究对象为院内早期先兆流产患者，共计 70 例，利用随机分配法划分为对照组、观察组，分别采取常规模式、优质护理模式开展两组护理工作，对两 组护理效果相关数据信息进行统计与比较。结果 将两组接受不同护理后相关数据信息输入到统计学系统中 处理，观察组与对照组相比，观察组整体焦虑情绪与抑郁情绪评分更低，差异有统计学意义（P 值<0.05）； 观察组自然流产率更低，差异有统计学意义（P 值<0.05）；观察组满意度更高，差异有统计学意义（P 值 <0.05）。结论 优质护理可对早期先兆流产护理产生积极影响，可帮助患者改善心理状态，将自然流产风险 控制在合理范围，将患者对护理工作满意水平提升到新高度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on early threatened abortion nursing, hoping to provide some help for the nursing research of early threatened abortion.
Methods The study period was from October 2021 to October 2022. The study subjects were 70 patients with early threatened abortion in the hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group by random assignment method. The two groups of nursing work were carried out by adopting conventional mode and high-quality nursing mode, and the data and information related to the nursing effect of the two groups were statistically compared.
Results The related data of the two groups after receiving different nursing care were input into the statistical system for processing. Compared with the control group, the overall anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The spontaneous abortion rate in the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction of the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality nursing can have a positive impact on early threatened abortion nursing, help patients improve their psychological status, control the risk of spontaneous abortion in a reasonable range, and raise the level of patients' satisfaction with nursing to a new height.
