The Application of Psychological Nursing in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing
心理护理在妇产科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探析研究妇产科护理实施心理护理的临床效果。方法 入组样本均来自 2020 年 3 月至 2021 年 8 月期间我院妇产科收治的患者，收集其中 56 例临床数据完整患者参加，并进行随机数字编号，结合单 双数字分组方法，将所有均分两组，单数组行常规护理并作为对照组，双数组行常规护理的同时+心理护理 并作为研究组，对护理后临床数据进行分析总结。结果 研究组患者焦虑（32.14±3.47）、抑郁（33.49±4.19） 评分显低于另一组（44.51±3.46）（45.98±11.2）差异 P＜0.05，生活质量总数据（94.11±4.35）优于另一组 （85.19±16.63 ）P＜0.05，护理质量研究组数据为（87.98±12.61）相比另一组（77.64±10.58）差异明显 P ＜0.05，护理满意度数据（96.43%）相比另一组（75.00%）呈现较高优势性 P＜0.05，体现统计学意义。结 论 心理护理有利于妇产科患者尽快缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，在提升护理质量的同时，实现良好预后生 活质量，获得患者及家属较高满意度评价，应用中体现重要价值。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.
Methods the samples are from our hospital from March 2020 to August 2021 during our hospital of obstetrics and gynecology patients, including 56 cases of clinical data, and random number number, combined with single double digital grouping method, all evenly divided into two groups, single array routine care and as a control group, double array routine care + psychological care and as a research group, the clinical data analysis after nursing.
Results The scores of anxiety (32.14 ± 3.47) and depression (33.49 ± 4.19) were lower than P <0.05 (44.51 ± 3.46) (45.98 ± 11.2), The total QoL data (94.11 ± 4.35) outperformed the other group (85.19 ± 16.63), P <0.05, The data of the Quality of Care Research group were significantly different from (87.98 ± 12.61) and significantly different from the other group (77.64 ± 10.58), Nursing satisfaction data (96.43%) showed higher P <0.05 compared to another group (75.00%), Reflects the statistical significance.
Conclusion   Psychological nursing is beneficial to relieving anxiety and depression as soon as possible, achieve good quality of life, obtain high nursing satisfaction evaluation of patients and their families, and reflect important value in the application.
