零缺陷理论应用于心脏手术患者手术室护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 将零缺陷理论应用在心脏手术患者手术室护理中，分析实施的效果。方法 选取本院在 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 1 月期间收治的心脏手术患者（n=44）为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为参考组 （n=22）及实验组（n=22），前者给予常规干预，后者采取零缺陷理论。比较两组干预效果。结果 两组手 术指标对比实验组较优（P＜0.05）。两组缺陷发生率比较可见实验组低（P＜0.05）。两组满意度比较可见 实验组高（P＜0.05）。 结论 在心脏手术患者手术室护理中采取零缺陷理论干预效果显著，可改善患者的 手术相关指标，减少缺陷产生，从而可提高患者的满意度。建议此种方法在临床上推广。

Abstract

Objective To apply the zero defect theory to the nursing of cardiac surgery patients in the operating room, and analyze the effect of implementation.
Methods The patients (n=44) who underwent cardiac surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for this study. Randomized numerical table method was used to divide into reference group (n=22) and experimental group (n=22). The former was given routine intervention, and the latter was given zero defect theory. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.
Results The operation indexes of the two groups were better than those of the experimental group (P<0.05). The incidence of defects in the experimental group was lower than that in the two groups (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the two groups was higher in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The zero defect theory intervention in the operation room nursing of cardiac surgery patients has a significant effect, which can improve the operation related indicators of patients, reduce the occurrence of defects, and thus improve the satisfaction of patients. It is suggested that this method be popularized in clinical practice.
