探究护理安全管理在危重患者院前急救中护理效果

摘要

目的 研讨分析护理安全管理在危重患者院前急救中的应用价值。方法 文章研讨时间段为 2020 年 1 月 1 日到 2022 年 1 月 1 日之间开展实施，样本源于笔者所在医院的 40 例急诊危重患者，按照具体操 作的不同进行平衡分组，a 组为 20 人（采取常规化护理模式），b 组为 20 人（采取护理安全管理）后比对 两组采取不同模式的干预后，在（护理质量评分以及护理满意度）方面的差别性。结果 b 组患者与 a 组患 者综合比对后，b 组（20 例急诊危重患者）护理效果显现优势性且可行性显高，各项研究数据均优于 a 组， 组间数据达到 P<0.05 统计学标准。结论 护理安全管理的加入对患者的急救质量、护患依从性以及护理满意 度方面均呈现出卓越的效果，且推广价值体现。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of nursing safety management in pre-hospital emergency treatment for critically ill patients. Method the article discussion period between January 1,2020 and January 1,2022 implementation, the sample comes from the author's hospital 40 emergency patients, according to the specific operation balance group, group a for 20 people (routine care mode), group b for 20 people (nursing safety management) after the two groups adopt different mode of intervention, in (incidence of adverse events, nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction) difference.
Results Group b patients and Group a After the comprehensive comparison of patients, the nursing effect of b groups （20 emergency critical patients） showed advantages and high feasibility. The data of each study were better than a group, and the data between the groups reached the statistical standard of P <0.05.
Conclusion   The addition of nursing safety management has shown excellent effect on patient first aid quality, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction, and the promotion value is reflected.
