Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumorsurgery
围手术期护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤术后深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘要

目的 主要就行妇科恶性肿瘤术患者采用围手术期护理干预对其术后深静脉血栓形成影响展开 研究。方法 选择我院于 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 7 月间收治的 100 例行妇科恶性肿瘤术患者为研究对象，随机 均分两组：研究组、对照组，各 50 例。对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上行围术期护 理干预，记录并对比两组患者干预前后心理状态评分（SAS 评分、SDS 评分）及干预后生活质量评分（精 神状态、躯体功能、社会功能、日常活动能力）、围术期下肢深静脉血栓发生率等。结果 较对照组，干预 后研究组患者 SAS 评分、SDS 评分、下肢深静脉血栓发生率均明显更低，生活质量各项指标评分均明显更 高（P 均<0.05）。结论 对行妇科恶性肿瘤术患者予以围术期护理干预，能明显降低术后下肢深静脉血栓发 生风险，并使患者心理状态改善、生活质量提高，使其获得良好的恢复效果，具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with gynecological malignant tumor.
Methods 100 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who were admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care, and recorded and compared the scores of mental state （SAS score, SDS score） and quality of life （mental state, physical function, social function, daily activity ability） of the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention, as well as the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs in the perioperative period.
Results compared with the control group, the SAS score, SDS score, the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the study group were significantly lower, and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher （P < 0.05）.
Conclusion   perioperative nursing intervention for patients with gynecological malignant tumor can significantly reduce the risk of postoperative deep venous thrombosis, improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, and make them obtain good recovery effect, which has important application value.
