信息化管理的构建在消毒供应中心护理质量中的应用的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察在消毒供应中心护理管理过程中进行信息化管理构建对于提升该方面护理质量的作 用。方法 本院在 2021 年开始对消毒供应中心进行信息化管理，分析管理前后各 1 年时间内护理工作质量。 结果 对比实施前后各个科室对消毒供应室护理工作满意度，实施后高于实施前，P<0.05 差异具备统计学意 义。对比实施前后各 1 年时间不良事件发生率，实施后低于实施前，P<0.05 差异具备统计学意义。对比实 施前后器械清洗、器械包装、器械发放以及护理管理记录等方面质量评分，实施后各环节评分均高于实施 前，P<0.05 差异具备统计学意义。结论 在对消毒供应中心进行日常护理管理中进行信息化管理，可以有效 提升该方面护理管理工作质量，降低不良事件发生率，增加临床科室对于消毒供应中心护理工作满意度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the role of information management in the process of nursing management in the disinfection supply center in improving the quality of nursing in this area.
Methods The hospital began to carry out the information management of the disinfection supply center in 2021, and analyzed the quality of nursing work within one year before and after the management.
Results The satisfaction of each department to the nursing work in the disinfection supply room before and after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse events before and after the implementation was lower than that before the implementation (P<0.05). By comparing the quality scores of device cleaning, device packaging, device distribution and nursing management records before and after the implementation, the scores of each link after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation, with a statistically significant difference of P<0.05.
Conclusion   The information management in the daily nursing management of the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of nursing management in this aspect, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and increase the satisfaction of clinical departments to the nursing work of the disinfection supply center.
