综合营养护理在脑梗死患者中的效果

摘要
目的 探究综合营养护理在脑梗死患者中的临床效果和使用价值。方法 选取我院于
2021.06-2022.067 月 1 年内收治的脑梗死患者 68 例,将其按照随机分组法分为对照组(34 例,使用常规护
理)和观察组(34 例,使用综合营养护理)。对两组的营养指标、功能评分、生活质量评分进行对比分析。
结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用综合营养护理后,其营养指标(包括 ALB、
AC、AMC、TST)均高于对照组,功能评分(包括 NIHSS、Barthel 指数、FMA)均优于对照组,生活质
量评分(包括心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会活动)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论 在脑梗死患者护理中,采用综合营养护理能取得较佳的效果,可使患者营养情况得到有效改善,神经
功能、肢体运动功能均得到明显提升,提高其日常生活能力,促进其生活质量的提升。

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive nutrition nursing
in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 68 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from
January 2021.06 to July 2022.06 were randomly divided into control group (34 cases, using routine nursing) and
observation group (34 cases, using comprehensive nutrition nursing). The nutritional indexes, functional scores and
quality of life scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Both groups of patients achieved
certain effects after receiving nursing care. However, after comprehensive nutrition care, the nutritional indicators
(including ALB, AC, AMC, TST) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the
functional scores (including NIHSS, Barthel index, FMA) were better than those of the control group, and the
quality of life scores (including psychological function, physical function, material life, and social activities) were
higher than those of the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the
nursing of patients with cerebral infarction, comprehensive nutrition nursing can achieve better results, effectively
improve the nutritional status of patients, and significantly improve their neural function and limb motor function,
improve their daily living ability and promote their quality of life.
