摘要
目的 分析脑卒中急性期抑郁症患者采取认知心理护理后产生的影响。方法 选择 2021 年到 2022
年接收的 70 例脑卒中急性期抑郁症患者为研究对象，将其按照电脑盲选方法分组，分为对照组和观察组，
分别 35 例。对照组实施普通护理，观察组在对照组基础上加入认知心理护理。分析两种护理效果差异。结
果 观察组护理后 SAS 评分，SDS 评分明显降低于对照组，观察组护理后 CNS 评分明显降低于对照组，MMSE
评分明显增高于对照组，观察组护理后生活质量明显优于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 认知心理护理对脑卒
中急性期抑郁症患者的影响较大，能够改善心理状况，改善认知和神经功能，提高生活水平，值得临床重
视并采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of cognitive psychological nursing on patients with acute
depression after stroke. Methods 70 patients with acute stroke depression received from 2021 to 2022 were
selected as the research object, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the
computer blind selection method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received general nursing, while
the observation group received cognitive psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. Analyze the
difference between the two kinds of nursing effects. Results The SAS score and SDS score in the observation
group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group, the CNS score in the observation group
after nursing was significantly lower than those in the control group, and the MMSE score was significantly higher
than those in the control group. The quality of life in the observation group after nursing was significantly better
than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive psychological nursing has a great impact on patients
with acute depression after stroke. It can improve their psychological status, cognitive and neurological functions,
and improve their living standards. It is worthy of clinical attention and adoption.
