饮食护理干预对肝硬化患者营养状况影响的进展

摘要

肝脏是人体最强大的脏器之一,承担着维持生命的重要功能。主要是以代谢功能为主的一个 器官,分泌胆汁,储存肝糖原,调节蛋白质等,还有关键的解毒,造血凝血的作用。随着现代生活饮食的 陋习,人们长期饮酒酗酒,饮食不足而营养不良,长期接触各种工业化学毒物和药物等原因导致肝炎,肝 硬化。等到肝病发展成为肝硬化时,已经是不可再逆转的严重损伤,如果再不注意及时治疗,控制病情的 发展,甚至可能发展成为肝癌的地步。大多数患有肝硬化的发病年龄多在 40 岁到 60 岁之前,也有少数因 不重视饮食问题而患病青年人群体,肝硬化患者最重要的就是需要好的饮食生活习惯,保证良好的休息。 临床对肝硬化也无法做到彻底根除,主要是通过适当的治疗和调理方式,用来延缓病痛和延长患者的生命 存活时间。尤其是在饮食方面的干预,为了能提升肝硬化患者的身体调理恢复,本文以此阐述通过饮食物 护理干预的方法,来观察本次参与研究的 54 例肝硬化患者营养状况的影响进展进行综述如下。

Abstract

The liver is one of the most powerful organs in the human body, which plays an important role in maintaining life. It is mainly an organ with metabolic function, secreting bile, storing liver glycogen, regulating protein, etc., as well as the key role of detoxification, hemopoiesis and coagulation. With the bad habits of modern life and diet, people have been drinking and drinking for a long time, and their diet is insufficient and malnutrition. Long term exposure to various industrial chemicals and drugs has led to hepatitis and cirrhosis. By the time liver disease develops into cirrhosis, it is already an irreversible serious injury. If we do not pay attention to timely treatment and control the development of the disease, it may even develop into liver cancer. Most of the patients with liver cirrhosis are between 40 and 60 years old. There are also a few young people who suffer from liver cirrhosis because they do not pay attention to diet. The most important thing for patients with liver cirrhosis is to have good diet and lifestyle to ensure good rest. In clinical practice, liver cirrhosis cannot be completely eradicated, mainly through appropriate treatment and conditioning, to delay the pain and prolong the survival time of patients. Especially in the aspect of diet, in order to improve the physical recovery of patients with liver cirrhosis, this article describes the method of food drinking nursing intervention to observe the impact of nutritional status of 54 patients with liver cirrhosis who participated in this study. The progress is summarized as follows.
