The value of perioperative nursing in children with tonsillitis
围术期护理在小儿扁桃体炎中的价值探讨

摘要

目的 分析在对小儿扁桃体炎患儿进行护理的过程中将围术期护理干预进行运用的作用。方法 本次研究共计纳入患儿 78 例，开展时间为 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月，遵照盲选分组形式划分为对照组（39 例，常规护理）和观察组（39 例，围术期综合护理）。评估护理效果。结果 结合对两组患儿在手术期间并 发症情况、住院时间、术后疼痛程度以及躁动发生率，观察组均高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组治疗期间依 从性，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对小儿扁桃体炎进行护理的过程中将围术期综合护理干预进行 运用，可以降低患儿术期并发症发生率，改善患儿术后疼痛程度，并降低躁动发生率，增加患儿治疗期间 依从性，有助于患儿恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of perioperative nursing intervention in the nursing of children with tonsillitis.
Methods A total of 78 children were enrolled in this study, which was carried out from March 2021 to May 2022. According to the blind grouping, they were divided into the control group (39 cases, routine nursing) and the observation group (39 cases, perioperative comprehensive nursing). Evaluate the nursing effect.
Results Combined with the complications, hospital stay, postoperative pain and restlessness rate of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the compliance of the two groups during treatment, the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of nursing children with tonsillitis, the application of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications in children with tonsillitis, improve the degree of postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of restlessness, increase compliance during treatment, and help children recover.
