摘要
目的 分析在对直肠癌患者进行护理的过程中开展综合康复护理干预的作用。方法 按照对比
护理观察的方式开展探究，共计纳入患者 60 例，开展时间为 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 4 月，按照双盲法均分
为对照组（30 例，开展常规护理）和观察组（30 例，开展综合康复护理）。分析患者恢复情况。结果 结合
对两组患者治疗期间心理状态，干预前两组无差异，P>0.05，干预后观察组心理状态好于对照组，P<0.05。
对比两组术后并发症情况，观察组发生率低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组住院时间，观察组短于对照组，
P<0.05。结论 在对直肠癌患者进行护理的过程中将综合康复护理进行运用，可以改善患者恢复期间心理状
态，降低并发症发生率，有助于患者进行恢复。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in the process
of nursing rectal cancer patients. Methods According to the way of comparative nursing observation, 60 patients
were included in the study, which was carried out from February 2021 to April 2022. According to the double blind
method, they were divided into the control group (30 patients, carrying out routine nursing) and the observation
group (30 patients, carrying out comprehensive rehabilitation nursing). Analyze the patient's recovery. Results In
combination with the psychological state of the two groups during treatment, there was no difference between the
two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological state of the observation group was
better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation
group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was
shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing rectal cancer patients, the
application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the psychological state of patients during recovery,
reduce the incidence of complications, and help patients recover.
