视频结合情景模拟教学法在急诊科护士教学中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探究在进行急诊科护士教学的过程中按照视频结合情景模拟教学法开展教学的作用。方 法 按照对比教学观察的方式开展探究,选入急诊科护士 20 名(护理年限在 1—3 年间),研究开展时间为 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 5 月,按照双盲法均分为对照组(10 名,常规方式进行教学)和观察组(10 名,按 照视频结合情景模拟教学法进行教学)。分析教学效果。结果 结合对比两组急诊科护士对急救理论知识的 掌握情况、急救操作模拟演练评分以及急救配合评分,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。且对护理教学满意度 进行对比,观察组同样高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在对急诊科护士进行教学的过程中按照视频结合情景模 拟教学法进行对应的教学操作,可以帮助急诊科护士更好的对急救护理知识进行掌握,并提升其动手实践 能力,促使其可以更好的开展对应急救护理工作。

Abstract

Objective To explore the role of video combined with situational simulation teaching method in teaching emergency nurses.
Methods The research was carried out in the way of comparative teaching observation. Twenty nurses in the emergency department were selected (the length of nursing was 1-3 years), and the research was carried out from March 2021 to May 2022. According to the double blind method, they were equally divided into the control group (10, teaching in the conventional way) and the observation group (10, teaching in the video and scenario simulation teaching method). Analyze the teaching effect.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was better than the control group in mastering the theoretical knowledge of first aid, the scores of emergency operation simulation drills and the scores of emergency cooperation, P<0.05. The satisfaction of nursing teaching in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of teaching emergency department nurses, the corresponding teaching operation based on video and scenario simulation teaching method can help emergency department nurses better master emergency nursing knowledge, improve their practical ability, and promote them to better carry out corresponding emergency nursing work.
