Effect of psychological nursing on quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence
心理护理对脑梗死恢复期患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨针对脑梗死恢复期患者采用心理护理干预措施的临床价值。方法 选择病例区间为 2020 年 1 月-2022 年 2 月，病例来源于本院收治脑梗死恢复期患者，共计 100 例，按照随机数表法，纳入到 研究组 50 例，纳入到对照组 50 例，对照组采用常规护理干预措施，研究组采用心理护理干预措施，组间 比对两组患者的护理干预价值。结果 干预前，比对两组患者的生活质量评分指标，差异并不显著，数据提 示 P>0.05；干预后，两组生活质量评分指标比对，显示研究组高于对照组，差异显著，数据提示 P＜0.05。 结论 针对脑梗死恢复期患者采用心理护理干预措施，可有效缓解患者负性心理，提高生活质量，经研究结 果证实可做临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence.
Methods The selected case range was from January 2020 to February 2022. A total of 100 cases were from patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period admitted to our hospital. According to the method of random number table, 50 cases were included in the study group and 50 cases in the control group. The control group used conventional nursing intervention measures, and the study group used psychological nursing intervention measures. The nursing intervention value of the two groups was compared between groups.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the quality of life scoring indicators, the data showed that P>0.05; After the intervention, the quality of life scores of the two groups were compared, which showed that the study group was higher than the control group, with significant difference. The data suggested that P<0.05.
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention measures for patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period can effectively alleviate the negative psychology of patients and improve the quality of life. The results of research have proved that it can be used for clinical promotion.
